It's a shame really that this software became old-fashioned, and I can't believe as of right now, Microsoft has never been re-released this software per generation like they do with Microsoft Office, and it's also a shame that this software was never been re-released in HD as well as a mobile app, and having said that this software is occasionally available to buy online from time to time, but this software can also be available to download for free when you google search 3dmm or such. Mind you, Microsoft 3D Movie Maker was a absolute treasure for me to have on my 9th Birthday, and it's hard to believe how old this software is now, It's easy to make movies with this software, and the characters, soundtrack, scenery and quotes from this software are so unforgettable. I remember having a copy of this software I had for my 9th Birthday which was American-imported from a friend of my mum's, but unfortunately, the disc itself was snapped in half as it was damaged, so I had to borrow a copy of this software to a friend of my mum's.

I remember playing a trial version of this software which was part of a CD-Rom Sampler of the Windows 95 CD I had before my 9th Birthday, even my brother showed me how to use this software while playing a trial version, unlike the full version of this software which still works on Windows 7/10, etc, The Trial version can only be installed in Windows 95/98.

as it would be nice to see this software being re-released in HD for Windows 7/10 and Mac OSX, as well as as a mobile app for iOS, Android, and Windows Mobile, as not many people were sadly able to use this software nowadays.īy the time I first used the wi-fi connection in my teenage years, I was absolutely thrilled to see a lot of more new stuff being added for this software, especially such as the ones from Nickelodeon 3D Movie Maker and even the Japan only released Doraemon Character Kit for this software thanks to some fellow 3dmm users who made a lot of effort of keeping this software alive since it was old-fashioned. It's a shame that this was only been released in 1995 by Microsoft as part of Microsoft Kids range.
